Israel is worried about what is happening in Tunisia and will no doubt play a part in trying to calm the situation there.
Netanyahu’s main worry about the Tunisian situation is that it might spread across the Arab world. Should this happen and say for example, Egypt was to rid itself of their current leader, how would Israel prevent a democratic leader / government from opening the border between Gaza and Egypt and allow free trade?
Furthermore, should the Arab world become more open then political parties would be allowed to have their say on the situation in Palestine, and Israel would no longer have control of the Arab world via their corrupt self serving puppets.
